Posted in Movies on March 26, 2010 by chelseypucks♥ The all-important sartorial battle at the Oscars this year was a bit disappointing, with even the eternally best dressed Penelope Cruz letting the side down in an oversized burgundy number that made her look a bit like a tent with a big nose. However Oscar winner on the night Sandra Bullock scored fashion points on the red carpet with a pearl encrusted Marchesa dress, and Brit star Carey Mulligan turned heads with her unusual choice by Prada – a black strapless gown covered in tiny nuts, bolts and forks, which reminded me of a dress I designed in the 5th Grade.
But style casualties included the usually elegant Charlize Theron in a Dior floor-sweeper with two swirling roses across the bosom.
I couldn’t take my eyes off it. Mainly because it looked like poor Charlize had stuck two cinnamon buns on her boobs. Hot. But I wouldn’t eat them, I’m not that kind of girl. ♥
5th rate Mohawk

Snowflake embroidered sweaters, fur boots and all-in-one reindeer covered knits came striding down the catwalk accessorised with all-important rhinestone ski goggles. O M Lady Gaga!
I can barely wait to ditch those polyester salopettes in favour of something a little more fashion forward, just in time for the new John Cusack movie Hot Tub Time Machine, which by the way looks like the most awesome thing ever since the Backstreet Boys reunion party we had in fifth grade. Note to Coach Polanski it wasn’t me who barfed all over the end zone ♥

It’s awesome!, there was a lot of snazzy zebra print going on, and some super tasteful shiny red leather. If you fed Ashley Cole three bottles of Veuve and asked him to customise your en-suite bathroom, this is the kind of look he’d suggest. In between trying to grab your….♥
